Mr. Davies managed the entitlement, environmental remediation, design, financing and construction of this 80-unit apartment project. David managed the design and construction teams to ensure a feasible project was designed to budget and built on schedule.
Belmont Dairy Apartments Remodel.
Mr. Davies managed the design and construction of the 85-unit Belmont Dairy remodel which includes rent-restricted and market rate apartments and numerous commercial tenants. The remodel included repositioning the building to capture higher market rents and extensive building repairs and unit upgrades.
Apartment Community Redevelopment.
Mr. Davies managed the design and construction of a $14 million renovation project which included six different apartment communities with over 1,200 units in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. The projects included design and construction of everything from complete unit upgrades to full building system and infrastructure upgrades. The projects were financed through a multi-faceted ownership structure requiring close coordination with multiple ownership partners and implementation of varying goals and expectations.
Ardendale Apartments, Vancouver, WA.
Mr. Davies managed the design and construction of the renovation of a 178-unit apartment complex. The project included new siding, windows, roofs, landscaping, a full remodel of the leasing office/ clubhouse and pool, and the demolition of a second clubhouse and pool.
Mr. Davies managed the financing, design and entitlements process of this $9 million mixed income apartment project in Eugene, Oregon. The project utilized a variety of green technologies including geothermal heating and received honors from HUD and the State of Oregon.
